How we make custom rugby union kits in Sialkot

Tradeem International cuts, sews, sublimates, and finishes rugby union teamwear in our own Sialkot, Pakistan factory. The online designer captures your brief; the production notes below describe what the factory does with it.

Jersey fabric
Heavier knitted polyester (typically 220–260 gsm) or a poly-elastane blend for a tight, grab-resistant fit; sublimated so panel colours cannot peel or crack under contact.
Construction
Reinforced shoulder and side seams, twin-needle hems, and a rib or woven collar that survives scrummaging. Set-in or raglan sleeves depending on your pattern.
Shorts
Woven or heavy knit rugby shorts with a drawcord waistband, bar-tacked stress points, and optional pocket.
Socks
Knitted hooped or block-colour socks with a cushioned foot and elasticated turnover cuff.

Factory process

Sampling first. We confirm fabric weight, colourways, and decoration placements, then sew a pre-production sample. Bulk follows the approved sample — measurements, stitch density, and finishing are checked against it.

Sublimation is printed on the fabric before cutting so panels, gradients, numbers, and sponsor marks are permanent and add no weight. Crests and sponsor logos can also be embroidered or heat-applied when a raised finish is wanted.

Sizes are cut from graded patterns in mens, womens, and junior blocks; mixed sizes count toward the 20-piece minimum. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybag or carton specs are set to your requirements before export.
