How we make custom baseball kits in Sialkot

Tradeem International cuts, sews, sublimates, and finishes baseball teamwear in our own Sialkot, Pakistan factory. The online designer captures your brief; the production notes below describe what the factory does with it.

Jersey fabric
Double-knit or pro-mesh polyester body, sublimated in full or with sewn-on twill lettering and numbers for the classic look.
Construction
Full-button, two-button, or V-neck pullover fronts; piping down the placket and sleeves; reinforced button holes.
Pants and caps
Stretch woven pants with belt loops or elastic waist and knee reinforcement, plus matching structured caps.

Factory process

Sampling first. We confirm fabric weight, colourways, and decoration placements, then sew a pre-production sample. Bulk follows the approved sample — measurements, stitch density, and finishing are checked against it.

Sublimation is printed on the fabric before cutting so panels, gradients, numbers, and sponsor marks are permanent and add no weight. Crests and sponsor logos can also be embroidered or heat-applied when a raised finish is wanted.

Sizes are cut from graded patterns in mens, womens, and junior blocks; mixed sizes count toward the 20-piece minimum. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybag or carton specs are set to your requirements before export.
