Jersey fabric
Lightweight moisture-wicking polyester (typically 140–170 gsm), interlock or micro-mesh, fully sublimated for stripes, hoops, gradients, and sponsor marks.
Construction
Set-in or raglan sleeves, taped neck, twin-needle hems, and flatlock seams for comfort during long matches.
Shorts and socks
Sublimated shorts with an elastic drawcord waistband and inner brief option; knitted socks with cushioned foot and hooped or plain turnover.
Goalkeeper kits
Padded-elbow long-sleeve jerseys and padded shorts in contrasting colours.

Factory process

Sampling first. We confirm fabric weight, colourways, and decoration placements, then sew a pre-production sample. Bulk follows the approved sample — measurements, stitch density, and finishing are checked against it.

Sublimation is printed on the fabric before cutting so panels, gradients, numbers, and sponsor marks are permanent and add no weight. Crests and sponsor logos can also be embroidered or heat-applied when a raised finish is wanted.

Sizes are cut from graded patterns in mens, womens, and junior blocks; mixed sizes count toward the 20-piece minimum. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybag or carton specs are set to your requirements before export.
