Tradeem International cuts, sews, sublimates, and finishes rugby league teamwear in our own Sialkot, Pakistan factory. The online designer captures your brief; the production notes below describe what the factory does with it.

Jersey fabric
Lighter, faster-drying polyester than union (around 180–220 gsm), fully sublimated for large panel graphics and sponsor blocks.
Construction
Flatlock or overlocked seams, twin-needle hems, and reinforced collar and shoulder points for tackle load.
Shorts and socks
Sublimated or plain-dyed shorts with drawcord waistband; hooped knitted socks with turnover cuff.

Factory process

Sampling first. We confirm fabric weight, colourways, and decoration placements, then sew a pre-production sample. Bulk follows the approved sample — measurements, stitch density, and finishing are checked against it.

Sublimation is printed on the fabric before cutting so panels, gradients, numbers, and sponsor marks are permanent and add no weight. Crests and sponsor logos can also be embroidered or heat-applied when a raised finish is wanted.

Sizes are cut from graded patterns in mens, womens, and junior blocks; mixed sizes count toward the 20-piece minimum. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybag or carton specs are set to your requirements before export.
