How we make custom off field kits in Sialkot

Tradeem International cuts, sews, sublimates, and finishes off field teamwear in our own Sialkot, Pakistan factory. The online designer captures your brief; the production notes below describe what the factory does with it.

Fabrics
Pique or jersey knits for polos and tees, brushed fleece for hoodies, and tricot, softshell, or padded nylon for jackets.
Construction
Rib collars and cuffs, taped necks, twin-needle hems, and YKK-style zips; jackets can be lined and include inner pockets.
Branding
Embroidered crests on chest and sleeve, woven labels, and printed or woven neck tape matching your match kit colours.

Factory process

Sampling first. We confirm fabric weight, colourways, and decoration placements, then sew a pre-production sample. Bulk follows the approved sample — measurements, stitch density, and finishing are checked against it.

Sublimation is printed on the fabric before cutting so panels, gradients, numbers, and sponsor marks are permanent and add no weight. Crests and sponsor logos can also be embroidered or heat-applied when a raised finish is wanted.

Sizes are cut from graded patterns in mens, womens, and junior blocks; mixed sizes count toward the 20-piece minimum. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybag or carton specs are set to your requirements before export.

    Upload club or sponsor marks, optionally download a PDF brief, and submit the factory quote. There is no shopping cart.

Is the online preview the exact production colour?
No. The 3D preview is a briefing aid for panels, logos, and pattern. Final dyed and sublimated colours can vary slightly; we confirm with samples when the program needs a gold-seal match.
Do you ship finished kits or only blanks?
Tradeem International is a Sialkot cut-and-sew manufacturer. We produce finished custom apparel — sublimation, embroidery, or print — and export to clubs, brands, and distributors. There is no retail shopping cart; you request a factory quote.
